Michael Warszawski, CFA

Michael is the founder and Chief Executive Officer of CWM Partners. He has served as a partner of a $3.5B multi-family office and as CEO of a $10B Private Bank. He was a co-founder of the Citibank Family Office, and has established or directed investment advisory, asset management and trust businesses in the U.S., U.K., Ireland, Jersey, Luxembourg, Israel, Hong Kong, Singapore and Switzerland. Michael has earned degrees from MIT and Columbia University. He is a CFA charter holder, a member of the Institute for the Fiduciary Standard and the Institute for Family Governance, the Chair of the Manhattan Gold Chapter of the YPO, a Tiger 21 Group Chair, and a board member of W!SE, which educates high school students and victims of domestic abuse in financial literacy.

Teri Mendelsohn

Teri serves as an Engagement Manager for CWM Partners. She brings knowledge of wealth consulting practices and coaching skills to help multi-generational families define and achieve meaningful goals, build robust wealth and oversight practices, establish succession plans, and educate and engage the rising generation. As an executive coach and organizational effectiveness consultant to individuals and groups, Teri works with families who seek professionals with analytical skills and emotional intelligence.  She combines research-based practices informed by whole-brain thinking (thinking, feeling and acting) and a growth mindset.    

Teri’s respected expertise as a strategist and product innovation lead extends across numerous industries where she is retained by companies and non-governmental organizations including New York Green Bank, the World Economic Forum, Economist Intelligence Unit, and IDEO. Her wealth of experience includes work as senior product lead for project management at Sustainable1, a part of S&P Global, and as director of clinical markets and strategic planning and business development at Ovid Technologies, a Wolters Kluwer N.V. company. Teri earned a B.A. in English Literature from the University of Pennsylvania and an MBA from Columbia Business School in addition to certificates in Executive Coaching, Sustainability Analytics, and Leading Strategic Change from Columbia University. As a lifelong resident of Manhattan, Teri is an active supporter of environmental, arts, and education initiatives.
